Implementasi KTSP dan Proses Pembelajaran di SMK

KTSP is developed based on some principles:

1)      Focus on potentials, development, needs, and student’s  and environments’ interest

2)      Various and cohesive each other

3)      High responsibility of the development of science and technology

4)      Relevant with daily needs

5)      Comprehensive and continuous

6)      Study to the death

7)      Balance between national and local need

The vision of SMK N 7 which is encourage to be an National Standard School is become a SMK which is has special qualities on competency and achievement, the believing of God, and produces pupils whose ready to work in national or international level. And for the missions are: 1) Implement optimal learning that oriented to both national and international standard competency; 2) Develop the believing of God as behavior source.

Some directly reparation steps of KTSP are: KTSP Plan à Implementation à Evaluation à Reflection and Revision à KTSP Plan, etc. And for the modernity of school paradigms are: centralize à decentralize; authoritarian à democracy; closed à transparent; served àserving; routineà innovative; reactive à proactive; command à suggest; uniformities à variation; critics are not allowed à needs critics.
